Oh another thing too guys people are saying if your on public beta if you delete the profile and reboot your device you get IOS 9 Beta 4 whats all this about :s??

It's still present in the Notes app on my iPhone.

I've noticed in my messages the the clock and everything in the status bar stays white and is hard to read since the background of the messages app is white

Yeah i have foxed it now how come everyone is saying if you delete the profile of public beta and restart your phone it updates to IOS 9 Beta 4 :/

Did you reboot holding both the power button and home button at the same time? That's what worked for me.

Weird, I had that issue with beta 3 and had to do a restore install. Hopefully it does pop up for you.

let me know how stable the watch beta 4 is then i might load it after i get this watch replaced lol

I will let you know, I've found all the betas pretty stable so I can only assume this one will be better.

Try turning off wifi and seeing if LTE will pickup the update or change your DNS server to like 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
