My messages and pictures don't always get through

I have several relatives with an iPhone of one sort or another, but it seems kinda hit and miss whether they get my messages or not. Often if the message does get through I experience delays of several minutes and in cases hours especially if I attach a picture. I use a BlackBerry Passport now but I cannot see this as being the issue.

The problem might be with the wireless carrier. They could be limiting the size of the attachments sent via SMS/MMS over their network. Have you called and inquired about it?

Then they would have to be singling out ios users because everyone else seems to get messages and attachments promptly
