Is there a way to have multiple icloud accounts setup on ios 8

I currently have icloud setup on all the devices in my family using the same icloud account so we can use find my phone. The problem I'm running into is with Game Center using this same id and also having problems on Apple Watch with sending sketches, etc. to other watches. What happens is I try and send a sketch to my wife's watch and it shows up on mine as if one of my kids sent it to me. On the phone you can associate the phone number with icloud so this doesn't happen. Anyone know if I can setup another icloud account just for things like imessage and not mess up photos or find my phone?

Everyone in your family should have their own, unique AppleID - which can be used for iCloud as well... then, you set up FamilyShare of the one AppleID that has been primarily used for purchases to the rest of the members of the family... Start here: iCloud - Family Sharing - Apple Support
