I am on the 8.3 beta. Now my iTunes says up to date, but my phone shows an OTA available. What to do?

I'm reading reports from comments and such that some people aren't seeing the update in iTunes yet or just getting a download error. Probably a server thing.

And if you're seeing it OTA then it most certainly is probably a newer build number than the last beta.

My beta is 12F61, so I guess that I will wait for iTunes. I really don't like to use OTA.

Update seems pretty good so far. 3rd party keyboard issue with writing app reviews and creating new contacts seem to be fixed.

One question, I want to restore my 6+ as new without backup, should i download ipsw somewhere and restore with that, or I can do it from iTunes, what is better option? (don't have itunes installed on PC yet so thats why I ask)

Could be done either way... however, 3rd party sources of the ipsw may be limited yet... and Apple's servers are peek traffic... get it where you can.
