Notes show a bug squash relating to the Wifi disconnection issue. Hopefully it has been squashed as I've experienced it quite a few times.

I've tried about 30-40 times. Even restarted the phone and nothing.

Why do I need a Wi-Fi connection to download a 127MB update? Especially when the patch fixes Wi-Fi connectivity. SMH.

Because iOS doesn't allow you to download anything over 100 MB's over cellular for your own good.

NOT a staggered release. Try again.

People who haven't received the software update notice or do not see the new software in the software update tab just need to be patient. It is not a huge file and I think slight stagger is bound to happen. You should see it soon. Upgrade finished and now testing the new iOS

Installing now. At first my phone wouldn't get on wifi, I had to turn it off for a few but now it's ok.
