Family Sharing and App Store problems

I just setup family sharing. All the members have their own Apple IDs logged in to their respective iCloud and iTunes/App store on their iDevices. As the organizer, i also setup an Apple ID for my daughter (she's a minor) on setting up Family sharing so she can use her iPad as her own. My problem is when i go to my purchases on the app store, i get this message: "This iTunes account is set up to use Family Sharing with a different iCloud account than ***. Learn More". All the other members can see each other's purchases and they get notifications when approving purches. I don't get those notifications, nor can i see my previous purchases nor their purchases. Tried rebooting, restoring, logging in and out of iTunes and iCloud but nada.
