IOS 8 issues

Im having issues with IOS 8 On my iPhone 5S. I did OTA update. If I plug it into my computer and just simply instal IOS 8 over hard wire on top IOS 8 will that cause in issues or will it make it better?

iTunes will probably tell you that your Apple device is already upated to the latest iOS
