Handoff

I tried handoff to see how it works from my 5s to iPad 2. I turned on handoff ON my 5S and both of my iCloud account on and started an email but didn't see anything on the lock screen on my iPad. what a my doing wrong

I don't think it works with The iPad 2 or 3

Handoff works on my iPad mini with retina display. Have it working with my 5S.

I have a Mac book retina and I'm having issues with hand off. It doesn't work at all. Yes in have made sure it's turned on in my setting on my 6 plus and icloud is switched on but still nothing happens. I'm running public beta version,3, the latest. Help
