Has anyone seen or noticed this? One guy I work with has his iOS 8 update showing 920mb on his 4s. Another guy and my gf on their 5s show 957mb and I am now doing the update through iTunes on my 5 and the download is showing 1.67gb. Just curious.

I don't know how much space it took to download and install, but after it finished installing, it took about 700 mb more than iOS 7 took. That's what I saw predicted.

Each model will have a different size because certain features aren't available/enabled on certain phones. (e.g. all the code for TouchID wouldn't be needed for the 4S.)

The iTunes download will be larger because it is a full OS whereas the OTA on the devices just has the differences between the existing iOS version on the device and iOS 8.
