iOS 8 spotlight suggestions not working

Under settings > general > spotlight search I cannot seem to enable spotlight search and Bing search results. I enable them, go back and open the page again and they're un-ticked automatically. If I enable them and go straight to the home page and search in spotlight, I get no suggestions at all.

Spotlight Search Suggestions are available only for the following countries.

Australia Austria Belgium Canada France Germany Ireland Italy Japan (No Maps) Netherlands New Zealand Spain Switzerland UK US

I have upgraded IOS 8 and after that in the Spotlight Search, i am not getting Top Hits, earlier while searching i used to get the recently called once in the top hits, is it a bug????

I don't get top hits either, maybe its not a bug.
