Beta 3 contains a few new wallpaper images, and there’s an "Enable Handoff" setting under Settings/General.

The "recents" on the task switcher screen still show all recent contacts for everyone using the shared contacts. That is annoying.

The beta ipsw files are up on the developer's site. However, the release notes for beta 3 are not yet posted (link still lists beta 2 release notes).

Under Settings/iCloud there is a setting for enabling iCloud Drive

Been playing around with Beta 3 for about 20 min. I have not come across anything that stands out but I will say that it is a lot more smooth and Siri seems to be better (use Siri a lot). I am hoping the stupid data settings wipe bug is gone, will report back on that issue.
