Does iOS 8 allow you to pick which bluetooth profiles are enabled on a paired device?

For example, if I pair my iPod touch 5th Gen to my car stereo, can I configure iOS 8 to only use A2DP (and not HFP, etc)?

I don't *think* so. I just got out of my car moments ago and my iPhone 5 is connected and sync with my car, but I don't recall seeing a setting like that on the iPhone or via the car's bluetooth setup.
