The auto brightness feature seems glitchy. It doesn't gradually change the brightness but rather a sporadic jump either less or more brightness.

Pros -
1. Full screen call pictures are back!!!
2. The OS is much much more smoother
3. No more bug where the Health app would show the wrong blood group in the Medical ID
4. No emoji issues for me


Cons -
1. WhatsApp still crashes

That's all for now, I'll test te battery and see how it fairs up.

I guess I am the only one who got this downloaded and it wont install, it just goes to verify update and reboots but dosent install, I cant redownload from OTA as it is already downloaded...any thoughts?

Download the ipsw from the dev site, and restore using iTunes.

Attaching a photo to a contact doesn't seem to work, it appears to but when you come out of that contact the photo is gone again. I've reported the bug to apple.

Very stable beta 2, all bugs so far are minor ones

Weird, I just did this before reading your post to check out full size caller photos, and it just worked. I guess it depends from device to device

I wouldn't take the chance in case that OTA download is corrupt

The Bug Reporter still doesn't work for me. I will install the full iOS 8 beta 2 later this evening or sometime tomorrow, if I have time, to see if that will allow me to use the Bug Reporter tool without it crashing after logging in.

Just tested this, it seems that they are!

Funny that two different podcasts praised this feature and now it seems it wasn't supposed to be like that

Do a hard reboot of the phone and you should be fine. Even if the loading bar is stuck

They've added a separate Slo-Mo folder for slow motion videos created on the device, petty neat. For some reason, there aren't any more numbers below the folders indicating how many pictures there are. Anybody else?

Yeah, the numbers didn't show for me at first, too. But after watching a slo-mo movie and going back to the index they showed up back
