iOS 8 Beta 1 Bug Reporter tool

Mine wasn't working at first. I could sign in and enter data but the Send button was always disabled. Now it's working fine and I've submitted several bugs.

I've installed and reinstalled beta 1 about 5 times now and I still can't get the big reporting tool to work. Go figure!...

At first mine wouldn't even launch now I can get to the login screen but it crashes when I login.
