HELP! Can't turn off passcode

Hello having some issues turning off my password it's grayed out. Any fixes?

Try rebooting your device. If that doesn't work, check the restrictions settings to see if that option, if applicable, has been restricted. I don't have an iPhone 5S so I don't know if there is a particular restriction option present or not.

We'll my phone is jail broken but my friends isn't and she is having the same issue. I will try a reboot
