How to post videos to Facebook

Hey all. I'm usually in the jailbreak forums but I tried uploading two 44 second videos on wifi and 3G. One video at a time but failed to upload. Does Facebook have a max or file size. Also I don't think the file is big. My cousin sent me each video taken from her galaxy s3 and the quality is horrible compared to the videos I sent her. Not sure why. The videos I sent her ended up in great quality. Surely the Galaxy s3 can take better videos than this 2010 iphone 4, lol.

A.- Go to your iPhone 5 Settings
B.- Look for the Facebook icon and click on it.
C.- Once on FB app click on Settings
D.- Scroll down to Photo and video and turn on the Record HD Video. Exit Settings, go back to FB app click the share photo tab, select your video and TA DA! Upload streaming of your video will depend on your speed data plan ;-)
