What do you guys think about iOS 7.0.6? Some people are holding out waiting for iOS 7.1, hopefully sometime soon. What do you think of iOS 7.0.6, or are you waiting on 7.1?

I was going to hold out for 7.1 but updated a few days ago because the badge icon annoyed me. It's running as smoothly as it was on 7.0.4 and the battery life remained the same (great). Honestly, I don't even know what it was supposed to fix.

I upgraded to iOS 7.0.6, but really haven't paid any attention to how it performs other than the fact that nothing has crashed, battery life hasn't been degraded and everything appears to work as it should...

Nothing has changed except the security fix. Nothing. Load it or leave yourself vulnerable.

Not sure if this has to do with the update but I got a BSOD. I'm not all that concerned though as I'm jail broken. It's likely just a tweak.

I haven't upgraded to iOS 7.0.6 and I probably don't. I don't want any complications with my jailbreak. If 7.1 will be jailbreakable I'll wait for that.

I've noticed a few bugs with the new update. When I tried to delete a couple of photos from camera roll it refused to. I selected the pictures I wanted to delete and pressed delete and nothing happened, Tried again and nothing again so I closed the app and reopened it and found that not only the pictures I wanted to delete where gone but also five others that I didn't not select where missing as well I was pretty upset. Another thing is that my orientation gets stuck a lot even when orientation lock is off, this happened before in 7.0.4 but not as often as in 7.0.6, Apple needs to release 7.1.0 immediately, because adding bugs to a very "bugy" OS is not helping for obvious reasons.

    It's just a security update

Do it OTA takes less than 15 minutes

Just keep in mind when you jailbreak again, you may have one small issue in Cydia. Just install iCleaner and select Cydia. Then respring and go into Cydia again. Under the changes section, select refresh. It'll help to download the new curses and packages you need.

    My experience.

But your replies make iOS7.0.6 sound quite OK, guess I'll upgrade this weekend

Yeah, pretty sure it's a security update. Showed an SSL certification update reason when I did it.

Don't do it! It is rubbish! More bugs than it's fixed! My battery is draining faster than a freight train! It's slowed down my ipad and in basic terms, just doesn't work! My wife didn't do hers because of the issues I have, so at least one of us has a usable ipad at the moment!
