iPhone 5 icon wallpaper no longer works since updating to iOS7

Please help - I've tried 3 different apps and ever since I've downloaded iOS7, my icon wallpaper doesn't line up anymore. I even downloaded an app that is supposed to be specifically designed for iOS7 and it doesn't work either. Do I have a setting wrong?

Probably has something to do with the parallax effects and how wallpapers display - you'll likely need to choose a different wallpaper.

If the OP were to turn off the parallax, that would solve the problem of it not lining up....no?

It's the parallax. Turning it off may or may not help. I haven't been able to get my wallpaper exactly how I wanted it with it on or off...but I'm not trying to line anything up like the OP either.

Ok, I hate to admit that I'm a little iPhone 5 iOS7 illiterate. How would I turn off the parallax? I know when you choose the wall paper from your camera roll, it asks you to adjust your picture, but it actually only allows me to make it larger not smaller. If I could make it smaller, it might just work........

To turn off the parallax effect. (Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion > [ON] )
To turn the parallax effect back on (Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion > [OFF] )
