iOS crashes a LOT, restarts phone!!!! Please Help

From the time i have upgraded to iOS 7 my phone restarts every time i open 1.Siri, 2.App Store, 3.Contacts, few setting option. Also the dynamic wallpaper does not work on custom wallpaper.
i have an iPhone 4S and i am so pissed at apple like never before. i feel like i am having a cheap android phone. I had never a problem with iPhone...never ever did i saw an apple device restart by crashing.
PLEASE HELP !!!......Do anyone else is having these problems.....

I am not having any such symptoms or problems. I would strongly suggest that you backup your phone and then do a fresh install via iTunes... then restore your data and see what happens... sounds like something is corrupted.

1. Make sure you have downloaded and installed iTunes 11.1
2. Connect your device to your computer to do an iTunes backup. Afterwards, turn off your device, but leave it connected to your computer and leave iTunes running.
3. Put your device in DFU Mode.
4. After iTunes recognizes that your device is in recovery, select to restore it.

I've been running iOS 7 on my 4S since it was launched without any problems. I suggest you try what Fausty and D mentioned above.

Today i reset my phone. Then restored it from back up. i have almost 70 apps, i have to update all 70 from scratch,
At the time of update it restarted 4-5 times. but now its fine..... but still the dynamic wallpaper is not working on custom wallpaper....i mean the floating effect is not there.
My main problem is that i never saw my device restart by crashing.....Have u herd or read some complains from anyone else
