User manuals no longer in Safari

I see in the iPhone and iPad there are no longer stock user manual bookmarks. Anyone know what the official replacement is?

You can go to Apple's site for a manual but it's far less user friendly than what was in iOS 6. Am I missing something?

The iOS7 and other manuals are available via iBooks and can be downloaded there.
