HELP! Not enough disk space on computer for update!

So I started my iOS 7 update and it froze in the middle of the update. Great. Now I have to restore my phone, right? Well now my computer is telling me there isn't enough disk space to restore my phone. I don't know what to do or delete!! Can anyone help me???:crying:

Move some stuff off your hard drive to an external hard drive or other mass storage device like a USB thumb drive, or whatever...
