Upgrade = Homescreen mess!!

I upgraded from a 4S to the 5S. I chose to "restore from icloud backup" while performing the initial setup.
But none of my icons are in the folders where they belong!!
Can you perform a restore over the top? When the phone is no longer in set up mode?

But it STILL hasn't finished downloading all my apps. And my homescreen is a disaster!! I'm very organized..

Is there a way to restore again over this restore?
How can you access the restore function without performing a full erase?

Use iTunes... the Apps tab for your iPhone - move everything around the way you want - then sync the phone...

It takes a while. Make sure you're on a pretty decent speed wifi.

Go to Settings>General>Reset, and between the first two options, choose the one that will suit you best. Note: All data will be lost, regardless.
