Hey guys, I found this article and figured some may be interested. It seems like Apple is aware of this issue and are already (hopefully) working on it.

This is a reason I was worried that we would NOT be able to deactivate the Notification Center and Control Center on the lock screen. I'm glad we can...I don't mind swiping to unlock my phone just to get to them. I actually prefer it that way.

Actually...does anyone know if there is a way to deactivate Siri when the phone is locked? I can't seem to find the option if there is one.

I don't see a "Passcodes & Fingerprints" option under "General". I have a 5, and know how to turn Siri off...but I was looking to do it just onthe lockscreen. I guess there isn's a way. Oh well, thanks for the help though!

There is no "Passcodes & Fingerprints" feature for the iPhone 5. This is why you are not seeing it.

On the iPhone 5: Settings>> General>> Passcode Lock>> Allow Access when locked section... toggles for Siri, Passbook, Reply with Message...
