How do you submit bugs to Apple to be fixed in an update?

I'm loving the new multitasking feature, but when I close multiple apps at the same time sometimes the app icon for one or more of the apps doesn't disappear, but the screen shot does. How do I tell Apple about this so they can fix it in an update?
