Weak/Slow WiFi

I restored my iPhone 4S back to original, after backing up of course. After it finished I noticed a very slow WiFi scan time, when it did finally connect the speed is slow and the bars appear to be almost half of what it was under 6.1.3. After restoring my backup It acts the same. Anyone else?

All is well on this end in regard to Wi-Fi. Have you tried rebooting the device and the Wi-Fi router/AP to see if the signal strength improves?

I did try that, as well as the router. Tried in a few locations with same results
