apps updating for iOS 7 not updating?

Anyone else getting apps updating for iOS 7, but only get the old version after updating? Two examples are wikipanion and runkeeper. Do I have to wait for iOS 7 for the new look to be available?

Some apps might only give you the "iOS 7 look" only if you are running iOS 7...

Are you referring to the look of the icons or are the updates listed as a previous build? for example: App v 1.0 is still listed as App v 1.0 after the update?

the app store app updated and I get the new icon, but the app itself has the old look. I'm not on iOS 7 yet.

Confirmed from several people that for some apps you have to have iOS 7 installed to get the new look in third party apps. Thank you for all the replies.
