Creating radio stations from music library.

So I can add a station after searching an artist's name in the Radio tab fine.

However, it seems to only work once when I use the "Create" button under individual songs in my 4S library. At first I was under the assumption that this was only available under iTunes-bought music until I did a soft reset and it worked again on a song I bought elsewhere. Basically I see an "Unable to create new station" error when I try to do this more than once.

A soft reset fixes it, but I don't want to do that every time. I even did a network reset. Of course I can simply do it from the Radio tab for now, but just curious if it's because iOS 7 isn't public yet despite this being the golden master? Wonky network (using wi-fi)?
