Updating from IOS 6.1.4 Directly to IOS 7 Beta 6 issue

I have gone back and forth a few times between 6.1.4 and 7 and I seem to be having an issue this time I have never had before. I am trying to go from standard 6.1.4 to 7 beta 6 directly and I am getting Error (3000) code coming up when I am trying to do so. I have completely restored my Iphone and downloaded the new version through the develper portal and this code just keeps coming up...any thoughts? anything im doing wrong?

Try getting the iTunes beta and use that to install the iOS7 beta with a ipsw downloaded from the developer portal.
