I noticed in the new WWDC App there is an area for videos. It says:

"Please check back after the conference has started."

Do you think they will stream the keynote for Developers or have it delayed as usual?

They have not streamed keynotes in the past... video was made available later... If I remember correctly, last year's keynote was released later the same day via Apple's Keynotes Podcast page https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/...mUvbUpU2034754

Related question: the in-app video is only available if you're signed in with an Apple developer account, correct?

If so, is there a specific time the rest of us can access the videos?

It's hard to say at this point. Usually within 30 minutes after the conference the video is uploaded. I was just hoping with this new app that it would allow us to stream. A Live-Blog is sufficient but wouldn't it be much better to watch live?
