SEEK in music app 6.1.3

hey its my first smartphone,iphone 4s and i tried almost every gesture to seek the music,isn't there any option ?

If it's the seek that basically the same fast forward that you are referring to, then not really. When the downloaded son is playing you will see a red line slowly moving from left to right above the title of the song. Simply drag the red line to the desired position in the song. That's the closest you'll come to it with the native music app.
