Weird App Store Icon Placement

Look at the attached photo. I just wiped my 4s to factory and rebooted a few times, downloaded FB and Twitter. I went into App Store and it looks like this. Updates are in the middle.

I can only assume that the trouble was from Apple's end. Did it correct itself?

The reconnect corrected itself, but I am more concerned of the icons not being in the normal place

If you're referring to the icons in the app store, they, too, should correct themselves at some point.
