when in new iOS version released and what updates will be included in it ?

Well the push is working now

Now i have another problem
For new mail sound i put tweet but when a mail arives it makes a ding sound ��������

What is wrong ?

It should be out soon, and it has nothing new so no need to lose sleep over the long wait. Apple's iOS team is in the doldrums..

Release dates are usually after the software been tested

False. Gm means it is ready and has been tested through multiple betas. The gm usually releases to the public 7-10 days after gm is released to devs

The term "GM" is pretty much reserved for version number, like 5.0, 6.0, and next year 7.0.

If you're looking for the incremental updates, we are already testing them, and the general public will get them when Apple determines they're ready.
