AppStore keeps changing stores between countries and regions

Hello,
I have an iPhone 4S 16GB with iOS 6.0.1 (Stock) installed. I'm having a problem with AppStore; it keeps changing country and region and every time I want to download something it tells me that my account isn't available for purchases in the UK/French... stores and that I have to change to the US Store. (Sometimes the whole language changes into French...)
Also, sometimes it changes view as if it was on iPad :S

Does anybody know how to fix it?
