The only native way to do so is with photostream. If you don't want to use that I would recommend an app called Photosync. I have been using that for a while and love it.

If you don’t have the camera kit, or just want to go wireless, the Photo Transfer App from Enrique Rodriguez is a universal app that will allow you to transfer photos and video between your iDevices or a computer via WiFi. I’ve been using it for a while, and it works great. It is $2.99 in the App Store. There are some other in there that are free, but I’m not sure how well any of them work. If anybody out there tries one, let us know if any of them do a good job with video.
