Sprint - CDMA+GSM?

Does anyone know if the Sprint version of the upcoming IPhone 5 will be a world phone and support both CDMA and GSM? Are there any catches to getting the phone unlocked? I have been a continuous subscriber to Sprint for 12+ years if that is a consideration. Thanks!

While the Sprint phone has the ability to roam on LTE networks overseas, Sprint has no LTE roaming plan as of yet so you'll be on 3G world outside the US. This won't matter though since you are on Sprint and it's mostly a 3G world inside the US too. SIM card is locked too.
