whose going to do which?

i want the update asap but ill be at work 930am to 730pm.
so im contemplating it.
(unlimited data but doubt it will work without wifi)
unless i use 3g unrestrictor (jailbroken at this point)

OTA for me. My campus has wifi all over so as soon as class is over, finding a quiet classroom and updating my iPhone 4S.

I've done both and both have worked In my experience without problems, but as I stated in another thread, I'm updating via iTunes and resetting as new.

OTA updates for my iPad3 and iPod Touch. Was flawless and quick for me last time.

When I get my new iPhone5 though, I will sync via iTunes and set up as a new device.
