I Need Help!!

I have a iPod 5 and the notification bar takes up about 95% of my screen. My home button is broken and I tried so many times to reboot it with the assistive touch and it wont work. I can't get into the iPod to download anything. The only thing I can do is swipe away the notifications. Please Help!!!

If your home button is broken and you can’t use assistive touch to reset your iPod then you’ll have to wait for your battery to die and then charge your iPod up and turn it back on.

Might be time for a new iPod.

Sorry dude! An iOS device without. Home button is like a car without a steering wheel. You can still make the car go, just not very well.
