Got a replacement iphone from Apple, multiple Apple IDs

I got a replacement iPhone 4S yesterday from the Apple store. When I turn it on the apple IDs of 13 different people pop up asking for passwords. I just hit cancel for them to go away but they keep coming back. How can I get rid of them so it's just my Apple ID on here?

Restore the phone as new. I'm shocked that Apple gave you a device that had not already been restored as new.
