    Why can I send pictures via Bluetooth only two idevices and not to non-iOS devices ?

    Because other bluetooth devices must also support the capability to transfer files. Not all devices do that. Apple devices do.

    No I have a friend who has an lg and an other who has an gs2 and to non of them I can sent a photo !

    Apparently the LG & GS2 do not support file transfer via Bluetooth. That's not Apple's fault.

    I mean are you sure the gs2 does not support file translate ! And with the lg I sent a photo via my old Nokia c3 to it and it could !

    Actually Apple does not support Bluetooth file transfer protocols on iOS. The only way to do this today is from one iOS app to another implementing a private transfer protocol.
