I haven't had the patience to challenge my 4S for that yet. I did come close a couple wks back with 2days 17hrs standby.

I hope you make that goal

I get what you are saying. Usually I get 7 to 7.5 hours of usage before I need to connect to the charger. I'm happy to get though the day with heavy usage.

I could never go that long between charging since I'm using my phone constantly..

I got this today, not bad considering half the time I was on 3G, and it's an iPhone 4 I bought on release day!

I could make it through the entire day off of a single charge but I aim to get through the work day without being tethered to an outlet then I plug up in the drive home whether I need to or not.

Question your rotation option is locked, does that not bother you? It happen to me twice and I couldn't figure out how to get it back to work or how it happen in the first place, so I reset my entire phone. That method really sucks!!

Open the task switcher and slide to the left. It's next to the iPod controls, no need to reset.

no, doesn't bother me at all -- i actually prefer my screen to be locked in portrait mode
