YouTube in HD over 3G?

Wasn't YouTube supposed to come in HD over 3G in iOS 5? Anyone else remember this? YouTube looked better on my old Palm Pre Plus than it does on my iP4s

Does this reload the app at HD or just m.youtube.com?

It will be for the website, I have yet to see a high quality video from youtube on the app. There can be a difference, I probably can't notice, but in the end on the m.youtube site, you can choose whether or not you want a high quality version or not.

The mobile site is SO much better. I stopped using the app once the site went html5 like a year ago.
