Setting Home screen and lock screen backgrounds?

i know how to set home screen and lock screen with pictures but here is my question. when i went to first set my home screen i selected the picture i wanted as my background and it ask me to "move to scale". so i set that up and it appeared just how i scaled it and wanted it. when i went to select my lock screen pic it asked me to "move to scale" but it wouldnt let me move the pic around how i wanted it. now it is not letting me "move to scale" for either background or lock screen. what is going on or happened you think?

that sounds very weird. Are you sure you didn't crop the picture accidentally?

no. should it always ask you to move to scale now matter what your setting?

hahaha figured it out. i always take my pics horizontally and when you hold your phone straight up and down the pic looks small but when you turn it horizontally it fits the whole screen. so if i go to set the pic vertically i cannot "set to move to scale" but if i select wallpaper horizontally i can! haha thats funny
