Shorts on iPhone and iPad

Anyone know of a way to have the same 'shortcuts ' on both the iPhone and iPad?

Settings \ General \ Keyboard \ Shortcuts - you can add shortcuts here. I use to love this feature on a BlackBerry, so when they introduced it to the iPhone, I was all over it...

They don't sync, so you just have to create them on both devices.
