So, after 1.5 days i have most issues finally solved. Two things remain, I cant adjust my font size. I have set it to large and every other size choice and yet when I text it is still to dam small. I also have an issue with push email. Doesn't seem to work the way it did on Tuesday. I think the battery drain issue is solved. other than that everything is just great..
