Contact Ringtones Not Working

I have custom ringtones on my iPhone 4. I have one set as my general ringtone and the rest as individual ringtones for contacts. They all worked prior to updating to iOS 5. But now, they only work if set as the general ringtone. Any custom tones that are set up for contacts are not working and it rings the general ringtone. Anyone having the same issue? Anyone find a solution yet? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Try re-assigning your custom ringtones. I had to do that, and now they work just fine.

i had the same issue happen as well, have you checked if they were transfered to the iphone? for my situation, the tones did transfer, but they all had exclamation next to them, had to remove them from itunes and then readded them, this did help
