iTunes Update Help

So I'm a little late to updating from Beta 7......

I've downloaded the latest version of iTunes from the Apple site and went to install it. But it never finishes installing to my PC it says and error occured and the installation process could not be finished. Please Restart the installation or click Finish.... So I restart. Same message. How do I fix this?

Try uninstalling from Add/Remove Programs, and then do a fresh install.

It might be an issue with the "final" iTunes version that you're trying to install over a beta version.

Gahh what im trying to avoid doing,,, this will not effect any of my playlists/music/ or anything like that no?

You can manually save your playlists and everything else. Then after you re-add your music library, just import your playlists.

Oh no! That sucks. I don't know what the problem is.. it should work. Try Googling the error you were getting and iTunes and see what comes up. That's what I always do.. sorry buddy!
