How do I dismiss a lockscreen notification?

Once a notification appears on the lock screen, how do I dismiss it without actually going to it (ie. swipe it to the right)

I dont think you can do that, just let the screen go off or hit the sleep button, next time you press the home button the notifications will still be there anyway

There is no way to dismiss them off the lock screen unless you open the app or unlock your device ( and then relock )

Ya u would have to disable that particular feature u didn't want on the lock screen in your notifications section in the settings
