Find my Phone

Hi, hope someone can help

I have set up find my phone and all is working fine, if I want to find my phone. However it won't find a location for my Mac (it's on wifi and awake).

I can send it messages, tones and lock it remotely but it refuses to locate the device (tried on windows PC and iPhone).

Anyone else had this issue?

turn on locations in settings.

Enable Location Services is checked on the macbook pro but find my phone doesn't find it's location.

finding the iPhone is working fine.
