I've had a dodgy wi-fi connection and it just cut out Re-downloading again now but it says it's gonna take 3 hours. I could be here a while

It will be available for download when Apple releases it. It's extremely doubtful that it will be before late morning, PST. I'm guessing around 10 am PST, but we don't know for sure. It will not be available at midnight.

I got a question. I'm on 4.2.6 for Verizon and I'm jail broken. When I plug my phone in it says I have an update for 4.2.10! Do I have to upgrade to that before iOS 5 shows? Or should 5 be showing? Cuz it's not showing yet for me.
