Is there Talk to Text in iOS 5 on the 4? I know siri wont be on it but I was really looking forward to a Talk to Text feature. I seem to remember seeing a picture with a speech icon on the keyboard. Thanks guys.

That icon on the keyboard was for Siri Assistant. Apart from Siri Assistant, there is NO talk-to-text function in iOS 5.

You can always use vlingo. Just after the announcement of Siri I noticed there was an update on my phone for it making every option on it free.

There is an app in the App Store, it reads voice commands. I just forgot what it's called though.

I use the various Dragon apps for the iPhone. It does dictation and voice search. It does have a few flaws but overall I highly recommend it.

They are free so give it a go and let me know what you think.
